- Sysadmin:

- Debian.
- Dealing with traffic (memcache, load balancing via ELB).
- Personal:
- Relationship based on honestity, respect, transparency.
- Simplicity, frugality.
- Fairly good prospects for growing up together.
- Need of libertarian mindsets. We are no managers of others, but proposers-iterators.
