Seasonal (Short Term) Administrative Aid
An extremely busy golf course and catering facility is interested in hiring an energetic administrative assistant.
This job requires the following:
1. Ability to read, write, and speak English fluently.
2. Computer skills (familiarity with MS Word & MS Excel).
3. Ability to legally work in the US.
4. Ability to pass a drug screen and criminal background check.
This job will entail:
1. Administrative assistance including but not limited to:
a. Paper work
b. Filing
c. Organizing and reorganizing existing files.
d. Working with other team members to make sure that they fill out all necessary forms of employment as required by the Federal, State, and Local governments.
e. Other office work.
This job is seasonal and on a short term basis. An excellent candidate may be able to transfer towards longer term employment, but there are not guarantees.
Will are willing to hire those who have another job, need flexible hours, or have educational obligations (high school/college/post graduate etc).
Pay rate is based on experience, with minimum starting pay at $9 p/ hour + food & beverage discounts and complimentary golf.

Compensation: $9 p/ hour + golf & food discounts.
