Description
Molina Healthcare, Inc. is searching for a Systems Analyst III for our Virginia Beach, VA, under general directions, for our Glen Allen, VA location or working remotely you will independently develop technical system specifications, resources and processes for systems modification. Develops detailed selection evaluation criteria based on identified IT product requirements and analyzes and streamlines the MITA (Medicaid Information Technology Architecture) Business Processes. May perform as a business analyst. SKILLS AND REQUIREMENTS Education: · Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience; Bachelors Degree in Computer Science or Business Field preferred Experience: · 5-7 years in one or more business aspects of MMIS development or other areas of the healthcare industry · Experience in QNXT and the Medicaid field. Education and training experience preferred. Familiar with relational database concepts, preferred PRINCIPLE ACCOUNTABILITIES · Delivers project customer scope for assigned areas of the MITA Business Processes, on-time and within approved budget utilizing PMM processes and tools, for each implementation project. · Reports and directs assigned MITA Business Area customer and executive deliverable/schedule status, risks, actions items and decisions. · Directs deliverable ownership for a single implementation project which includes; MITA Business Process Description, MITA Business Blueprints, Agendas & Meeting Minutes, Issue Log, Action Item Log and Risk Log. Coordinates customer deliverables with the Project Team, including Requirements Management Plan, RAD, DSD, Test Plans and Implementation Plan. · Coordinates and assists in conducting business process workshops (RCS), including coordinating all tasks and resources associated with creating workshop artifacts, conducting workshops, and producing all deliverable workshop artifacts. · Works with the Technical Architect assigned to the Business Process Area, defines design solution across all Health PAS components, and identifies all configurations and builds tasks. · Supports the Release Manager: provides information; reviews Build/print schedule against required components for the MITA Business Process Area; manages configuration and build activities with respective solution POC, and coordinates other sprint activities. · Works with the project test manager to coordinate system test scripts required to support a build/sprint.
