San Diego Attorney job, working as an independent contractor

• Applicant should be skilled and have significant experience in research and drafting pertaining to Medi-Cal analysis, petitions related to trust disputes, probate matters, and all matters before the probate court. Additional research experience in business real estate and corporate formation matters is a plus.

• Applicant should enjoy working from home and functioning in a remote independent contractor research position with self-designated hours.

• Work will be done independently on an as-needed basis. Applicant should be committed to working as an independent contractor and enjoy this type of working relationship.


Requirements

• Ten years' experience practicing law

• Excellent research and writing skills

• Applicant must have a fully functioning home office with regular access to a cell phone or landline, computer, internet connection, printer/scanner, and law library.
