CBI Home Health is currently recruiting for an After Hours/On Call Coordinator for their Home Care Division. Utilize your excellent communication, interpersonal and organizational skills in a fast paced, multidisciplinary team environment to ensure quality client care. Successful applicants possess strong computer skills, the ability to learn new computer programs, experience in customer service and superior problem solving skills.

Knowledge of the Home Care system and medical terminology would be an asset. The successful applicant will work a Part-time scheduled rotation which includes evenings, weekends and Stat Holidays.
