California remote job: Marketing Communications Manager, full-time job

Job Summary
Esalen Institute, the pioneering alternative education center dedicated to personal and social transformation, is currently seeking a full-time Marketing and Communications Manager to join our team. The position will be based at our town center in Carmel with frequent visits to our main campus in Big Sur, California. This position is responsible for marketing and communications for the organization as a whole, including all internal and external communications. In addition, the manager will be leading all revenue-generating marketing and advertising efforts in both fund development and public programming. Responsibilities

Two of our current requests are,

1) I would like to add an extra tax to each generated invoice, but it cant be set as %, I would like to set it as a fixed price for every invoice.

And I would like to add an extra line to each invoice to tell what it is,

Also, I would like to be able to waive specific customers for that fee by checking a checkbox inside customers profile.
