California remote job: Marketing Communications Manager, full-time job
Job Summary
Esalen Institute, the pioneering alternative education center dedicated to personal and social transformation, is currently seeking a full-time Marketing and Communications Manager to join our team. The position will be based at our town center in Carmel with frequent visits to our main campus in Big Sur, California. This position is responsible for marketing and communications for the organization as a whole, including all internal and external communications. In addition, the manager will be leading all revenue-generating marketing and advertising efforts in both fund development and public programming. The position will have significant responsibilities in branding, messaging and positioning in order to communicate Esalen’s mission to a broader audience and new markets. This position reports to the Director of Advancement.
Can work remotely with occasional visits to the Esalen Campus.
Responsibilities

• Share personnel oversight of administrative support staff with Director of Advancement.

• Create plans for promotion of workshops that includes advertising, social media, e-marketing and other communications tactics to drive attendance and reach new audiences.
• Develop and implement overall marketing and advertising campaign through print advertising, direct mailings, website initiatives and other strategic efforts.
• Develop market research plan to understand and expand the Esalen demographic with special attention on creating inroads with a younger demographic.
• Manage the production and distribution of all print materials including the biannual catalog, direct mailings, in house signage, in-room print material, etc.

Due to increased demand and expansion within our Telesales department, we are currently seeking an experienced full-time Spanish speaking Outbound Sales Representative.
The outbound sales representative will be primarily responsible for calling on existing customers and generating sales. $10.00/hr plus commission. For this position, we require a sales and service background, good computer skills and superior “people skills”.
This position will require a self-motivated individual with excellent verbal communication, organization, people and writing skills; a professional and positive demeanor, must be proficient in Word, Excel and Outlook, and be a team player.
Requirements for position:
• High School/GED
• Minimum of 1 year of sales/service or call center experience
• Computer Skills (MS Office, Excel, and Word)
• Strong Customer Service and Client Relations

WHMCS programmer for continuous work
Hello,
We are a mid size web hosting company and we are using WHMCS as our billing system.
We always have specific requests under WHMCS. If you have good knowledge under this product and can program for us, we are interested.
Two of our current requests are,
1) I would like to add an extra tax to each generated invoice, but it cant be set as %, I would like to set it as a fixed price for every invoice.
And I would like to add an extra line to each invoice to tell what it is,
Taxa de boleto R$ 3.00
Also, I would like to be able to waive specific customers for that fee by checking a checkbox inside customers profile.
2) I would like to update Payment Gateway of Invoices, Products and Clients for one specific gateway in bulk. Maybe I need a SQL query for that ?
