Toronto support job, from your home

Work for well established company handling their Help Desk inquiries while working rotating shifts, one week from your home.
Provide first tier support for the MS office, POS and financial and product systems. Perform daily checklist to ensure that all systems are operational. Set up or re-image of the in-house and branch systems. Manage back up tapes. Support of Blackberries and iphones.
Must have a diploma in IT, only need a yrs. experience, excellent communication and people skills. Self motivated, flexibility to do day shifts for core hours: 8-9, rotating weekly.

Compensation: $37 plus bonus
