Design Reactor seeks a Social Media Campaign Project Specialist to manage campaigns in the high tech, consumer, and entertainment industries. Design Reactor is at the forefront of digital media. We are looking for a Social Media enthusiast with experience in project management, team collaboration and client services. Supported by an experienced design team with a world-class portfolio of work, this individual will successfully develop relationships with top tier clients around all aspects of their digital communications strategy.

Responsibilities
• Support Account Management team in the development and delivery of social media campaigns spanning multiple clients
• Develop and execute social media campaigns in support of client digital marketing strategies
• Leverage multiple social media platforms to integrate with other digital media (e.g. web, mobile, digital signage) for a comprehensive campaign approach
• Understand the role of Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, YouTube, blogs and other technologies as part of a digital media mix, and how they can be used to achieve business goals
• Collaborate with the client and Account Management team to generate topics and content strategies to drive customer engagement
• Track project timelines, metrics, results, and optimization, with bi-weekly reporting to the client
• Provide recommendations to the Account Management team and the client on social media tools, programs and opportunities for refinement

Requirements
• IMPORTANT: Must have the skills, ability, and experience to lead Social Media campaigns using two or more of the following: Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, YouTube, RSS feed tools, and blogs.
• Understand the structure and implementation of Internet web sites, their components, and their connection with social media
• Must have a passion for the potential of social applications and the development of emerging tools, applications and platforms
• Must have a track record of having developed and implemented social media campaign strategies for a business, consumer or entertainment client
• 2-5 years experience managing social media programs
• College degree in Marketing, Advertising, Digital Marketing, Communications or other related field or equivalent work experience
• Working knowledge of Search Engine Optimization preferred
• Strong quantitative skills, especially campaign analysis and online analytics
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint and Word
• Familiarity with social media tools and online analytical tools like Google Analytics
• The ability to assume personal ownership and accountability is essential
