Description:

The position of Regional manager, Strategic Accounts is to lead and develop our team of field representatives to influence market share for our clients in a very tactical environment. It will manage all aspects of the Strategic account as the primary, dedicated, and expert CCS contact for the client. Responsible for the day-to-day operations of a remote Field Team, along with the management of operations/administration, coaching and guiding team members to achieve all of the sales, branding and metrics/goals set forth by the client and CCS. Involves partnering with the client as an expert in field marketing to help the client achieve measurable success, along with leading and developing CCS Field employees.

Required Experience:

  • Experience in/working knowledge of retail, retail operations, retail distribution, merchandising, sales and marketing and service organizations where client satisfaction is a measurement of success.
  • 2 years experience in management (preferably remote employee base)
  • Understands field programs with shared and/or dedicated resources
  • Client/Account Management experience desirable
  • Working knowledge of CCS Service Offerings
  • Experience managing to budgets
  • Excellent relationship building and communication skills, along with written, verbal and strong presentation skills
  • Intelligent, self-confident, practical, analytical , thoughtful, flexible and an excellent communicator
  • Acts in accordance with stated values; follows through on promises, uses rigid ethical considerations to guide decisions.
  • Inspires commitment by motivating others to perform at their best and rewarding performance excellence.
  • Forges synergy by maintaining smooth, effective work relationships at all levels; promotes a winning, team-based culture of inclusion.
  • Results orientated leader who aligns resources to accomplish key objectives; assigns clear accountability for important objectives; sets the performance bar at the highest standard of excellence.
  • Desired 3-5 years in field or retail marketing or related operations, currently in a Manager role for a high growth/fast paced company
  • Proficient with Microsoft office, especially Excel and PowerPoint, MapPoint
  • Up to 75% travel outside home mark

Required Education:

Undergraduate degree required Marketing or business degree preferred.
