Voice123.com is looking for Account Managers/Customer Service Specialists aka “Voice Casting Advisers” to work remotely from anywhere, while handling a wide variety of responsibilities. Voice123 is the largest voice over casting website in the world. The selected person will interact with our global voice industry database; both seeking voice talent, and voice talent auditioning!
Ideal candidates must be comfortable and confident about their performance and knowledge of the industry. You will have global exposure working for Voice123! This position requires, a trustworthy, highly innovative and energetic personality with an eye for making things better, a problem solving attitude with the passion for collaborating with others and the desire to learn and teach users how to grow their own online career.
Responsibilities
- Provide outstanding customer service to users of the service by phone, online chat, and email.
- Review, verify, improve, and approve the voice projects posted through the website.
- Review and approve the auditions and proposals submitted by talents.
- Review and approve demos and profiles on Voice123 for quality content.
- Professional interactions with clients, following up with users to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Usage of the Voice123 interface to assist others achieve a high level of knowledge and understanding of the service Voice123 offers.
- Provide highest level of satisfaction with each user of the service.
- Interact face-to-face and virtually (online) with members of the team from all over the world.

Compensation:
- USD 1,750 per month
- Up to 20% more based on performance
- Up to USD 2,100 per month
Minimum Requirements
The ideal candidate must have the following:
- Passion and experience in customer service
- Flexible time to work different shifts, overnight shifts (12am to 8am EST) and on weekends when required.
- Punctuality, organization, patience & taking responsibility.
- Problem solving personality that does not get overwhelmed when faced with many tasks.
- High proficiency in computers, social media, web apps (especially Google apps )
- Excellent reading and writing skills in English. Multilingual is a plus.
- Have your own tools to work remotely, such as reliable Internet band-width connection, plus a redundant connection, laptop no older than two years, headset, and dedicated workspace.
- Interested in working as independent contractor.
- Positive attitude and dedicated team player a must.
- A great sense of humor, broad-expansive mindset, and enjoys being part of a team.
- Knowledge of pop culture.
- Voice over agent, or agent’s assistants are encouraged to apply.
- Knowledge and passion for the entertainment and media industry (both online and offline).
Additional skills will be a PLUS (+)
- Skills at remembering names and voices.
- Savvy in the online voice over industry and community.
- Multilingual.
- Voice Over skills.
