Developer job in Dublin and Holland, PHP and Actionscript

I have recently been working on recruiting a good number of PHP and Actionscript Developers in Holland just outside Amsterdam and would imagine this be a project of interest to experienced personnel, salaries on offer range 3700-4700€ per month however havent had much luck finding the personnel so far. Is anyone interested or know anyone else that might be? We have a referral fee also of 250€ incase anyone you recommend gets a role with us.

Apart from these we are also looking for a good number of Developers with all technologies to be based in Dublin also with similar salaries and great bonuses incase anyone is interested.

Thanks for the help, if anyone has any advice on where to find these personnel or a key source of acquiring Developers and more I would great appreciate the heads up.
