- Previous Experience as BD manager though not necessary for go getters
- Previous experience of generating $1 million revenues
- Agile and Energetic
- Understanding IT Services Business dynamics
- Client management and Retention

Beginners with solid sales and persuasion skills with tech background can also apply.
