Freelance Draftsman job, remote architect job, Brooklyn, NY
Small architectural office focused on residential renovations in New York City is seeking a drafts-person with a minimum of 10 years experience for a freelance position.
Specific Requirements:
- Strong understanding of construction details
- Knowledge of NYC Zoning Resolution, Building Code and preparation of Energy Code Analysis.
- Experience with preparation of drawing sets for filing with the Department of Buildings.
- Excellent drafting and overall graphic skills
Must work from home/your own office. As necessary (1-2 times/week) - must be able to commute to Bay Ridge, Brooklyn and Manhattan for project reviews and site visits.
Payment is negotiated per project/drawing only, no hourly wages are offered.
