TECHNICAL SUPPORT STAFF (Jr. Technical Operations Officer) -

Tasks include:

-Responding to support requests over phone, email and live chat
-Windows and Linux Server Administration

-Order/Setup of SSL Certificates
-Handling of Abuse Cases
