Summer job: Counselors Needed (Chicago, NYC)

We are looking for dedicated, hard working, open-minded people who have an abundance of energy and a desire to supervise/mentor teenagers during the summer. Must be available at the end of June for 3 to 6 weeks, plus orientation/training. The hours are long, you won't get rich, but the experience is priceless. Salary, plus room and board, plus r/t airfare or AMTRAK ticket from your home city (if needed) are all included. Staff must have a valid driver's license and be 21 years of age before June 14th, 2011.

Discovery Internships operates internships program for teenagers 15+ in the following cities: NYC, Boston, Chicago, and Los Angeles.

Resident Counselors live in a university Residence Hall and are responsible for the student's health, safety and well being. Resident Counselors supervise residence hall living, field trips, afternoon, evening and weekend activities, sports, provide academic support, and more. Previous residence life experience preferred.
