Role:
Badoo.com is looking for people based in London to join the Badoo Support Team, in our continuous efforts to improve and enhance the user experience. We currently have vacant positions for candidates speaking: English, German, Spanish or Italian.
Your main duties will include answering a variety of customer queries, dealing with complaints and providing information on our services.
The ideal candidate would be a dynamic and driven individual, fluent in either English, German, Spanish or Italian (both written and verbally!), in tune with their native culture, multimedia literate with basic computer skills, a desire to contribute and become a major part of our global growth.
Requirements:
• Native or fluent in either English, German, Spanish, Italian (written and spoken)
• Good grammar skills
• Flexible schedule (Ad hoc projects appear on a time to time basis and must be completed within 48 hours)
• Work part-time on a freelance basis (around 10 hours per week)
• An eye for detail
• Ability to work from home with fast internet connection
